Assembly Components for Emitter, Tubing, and Stake Assemblies

Angle Barbed Stake - BLACK COLOR are used at the end of Super Flex 5/3mm Micro Tubing to secure the tubing into the grow media. These stakes have channels that allow the water to flow directly into the growing media rather than pooling ontop and either flowing off the sides, growing algae, or evaporating. Stakes come in bags of 250 and are easily connected to the micro tubing. This stake is used on single outlet assemblies and not on 2-Way, 4-Way or other multi-outlet assembly.

Angle Arrow Stake w/ Filtration is the stake for multi-outlet assemblies. If you have one drip emitter connected to multiple drip stakes you'll need this version of the drip stake. The filtration portion of the drip stake creates back pressure on the multi-outlet assembly so all stakes will drip evenly. This product comes in packs of 100.

Netafim Micro PE Tubing - UV White - 5/3 mm x 1000-ft. is the small micro tubing used between emitters and stakes. It is easy to bend but hard to kink and is UV resistant. It comes in 1000 foot rolls and is 5/3mm in diameter. Purchasing this product in large rolls allows cultivators to measure and cut custom lengths to fit any plant layout.

适配器3/5mm啄木鸟沥干架用于有限公司nnect to Nipple outlet emitters. Emitters have a barb connection on one side that is supposed to be popped into the hole punched into PE tubing. The other end can come with a barb for direct connection to tubing or a nipple for connection to this adapter prior to connecting to the tubing. Generally Nipple outlet emitters are used to connect to multi-outlet modules but in an instance where a single outlet is desired this adapter will get the job done.

Micro PE SuperFlex White 5/3mm - 30-Inch (Pack of 25) is the same Micro Tubing from above except that it is pre-cut into 30-inch lengths rather than coming in a 1000 foot roll.

Short Filtration Stakes are used for smaller plants in less media, generally in dense proximity and in the vegetative state of plant growth. This stake is around half the size of the standard angle barbed stake and therefore is easy to insert and does not tower over the crop at this formative stage of development. Additionally, since stakes should be pushed approximately 50% into the growing media it is easier to manuver a smaller stake when the substrate may not be very deep. This product comes in a pack of 100.

Elbow - 5mm is used to connect the Pressure Compensating (PC) Spray Stakes to the Netafim Super Flex 5/3mm Micro Tubing. These assemblies can be purchased pre-assembled or as component parts for onsite assembly.

2-Way Manifolds are used to split one emitter between two drip stakes. This manifold is connected to two strands of 5/3mm Micro PE SuperFlex Tubing and pushes onto a Nipple outlet emitter.
